How can I download the presets once I’ve purchased them?
After purchasing any of our preset collections, you will receive an email (to the address provided at checkout) with a download link.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder, as sometimes emails can end up there. If you still can’t find it, please, contact us by sending an email to info@jordikoalitic.com. Make sure you include a screenshot of your purchase for our reference.
Can I access my presets from multiple devices?
Yes, you can access your digital downloads on multiple devices. After purchase, you’ll have the option to download the product up to three times, making it convenient to use on a range of devices.
How to Install the Presets
- Download the presets. They come in a single .zip file.
- Unzip the file using a decompression software like Unzip or WinRAR.
- Once unzipped, you will get a folder with many subfolders and files inside.
- Look for the “How to Install Tutorial” in the folder. Open it and follow the instructions.
